I guess CERN (the Swiss dudes that built the Large Hadron Collider) said that the Collider was a success. The particles from the beam whipped all the way around the 17 mile long tubes.
They released some compelling readout screen prints like the one below as proof.
With such moving and detailed images like these, I can't wait to see what kind of videos they're going to release!!!
